A member of the Age UK team will be available at our Clayton Health Centre on the morning of Tuesday 4 August, and at our Ellesmere Health Centre that afternoon, offering one-to-one support and guidance.
To book a 30-minute appointment, please call 01743 233123, extension 223. There are only six appointments available at each practice, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
If demand is high, don’t worry – we’ll be happy to arrange additional support sessions in the future.
