Churchmere Medical Group is a teaching and training practice. This means we take students who need to gain the experience required for them to become doctors, and qualified doctors who are training to become GPs. They work with our doctors under appropriate supervision and you may be offered an appointment with them, either on their own, or alongside one of our doctors.

All of these students and doctors at some stage will need to video consultations for training purposes. All videotaped consultations are completely confidential, but will be reviewed by the training doctor. Though you always have the right to choose not to see these doctors/students, we hope you will work with us to help train the doctors of the future.

Occasionally, one of these doctors may be sitting in on consultations, but we will always ask your permission first.
